Absolutely terrible, they double billed my card for a free movie code! They take their payments weeks after you rent the movie and customer service is a nightmare. They actually argued with me about being double billed on a free movie code. They would not refund the $3.18 they charged me for 2 free movies that I never got. Customer service is in Bangladesh or India or somewhere like that, couldn't understand anything they were saying. So now I'm off to my bank to dispute a charge from redbox for $3.18! Do yourself a favor and stay away from redbox.
